The Coat-Check Girl
I see CB has already taken the pleasure of posting the short, so I’ll just add my two cents here:
This is the director of the piece, Travis Jones. I’m really excited about this little short, so if my sentences aren’t fully composed and my spelling sucks, you know why.
I’m really reluctant to show stuff, especially on the Roman Coliseum that is Youtube, so it has to be special if I put it up with my name on it.
The Coat-Check Girl should be the first in a series of black and white, film noir shorts that we’ll be producing in preparation for at least two features that I have planned. Both involve JoAnna as an actor, because she is awesome and kinda pretty and CB as a writer and actor on one, because he can write, not because he’s kinda pretty. More on these projects as they come closer to something that resembles a screenplay, rather than an idea in my.
In the mean time, stay on the lookout for an adaptation of Raymond Chandler’s short story “Blackmailer’s Don’t Shoot” coming sometime in May…. hopefully. If you know us, you know that ♪tiiiiiiiime, is…. ummm, not on our side♪. So dates mean absolutely nothing. At least we got a table.
